Thank you for your purchase

We hope you’re happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund subject to the terms below. This policy is designed for digital music downloads and license documents sold on https://topaudio.io/.

Scope (digital goods)

TopAudio provides digital files (e.g., MP3/WAV previews or full-quality downloads) and license documents. Because digital goods are accessible immediately after purchase, our return rules differ from physical products.

Returns & windows

We accept refund requests within 7 days of purchase when one of the following applies:

  • No download / no license use: you have not downloaded the full-quality file(s) and have not generated/used a license.
  • Duplicate or accidental charge: e.g., you were billed twice for the same item or selected the wrong plan.
  • Technical defect: corrupted file, download failure on our side, or content mismatch vs. the product page.
  • Fraud / unauthorized payment: clear evidence that the purchase was not made by you.
If a license has already been generated or the file has been downloaded/used in a project, refunds may be declined except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email our support to obtain a Refund Request ID (RRID):

  • Include: order ID, purchase email, track/pack name, and the reason (e.g., duplicate charge, technical issue). Attach screenshots if helpful.

After we assign an RRID, we’ll verify the purchase and eligibility (e.g., download status, license generation). No physical shipment is required for digital refunds.

Refund timing

After we approve your request, we process the refund within 7 days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. We’ll notify you by email when the refund is issued.

Exceptions

  • Used licenses or downloaded full-quality files: if you already downloaded the asset or generated/used a license in a project, refunds are generally not available.
  • Abuse prevention: repeated refund requests, bulk downloads before refund requests, or chargeback abuse may be denied.
  • Bundles/subscriptions: partial refunds for bundles or mid-cycle subscription periods are typically not offered unless required by law.

For defective or mismatched content, contact us — we’ll replace the file or refund if we cannot resolve the issue.

Physical returns (if applicable)

TopAudio does not typically sell physical items. If your order included a physical component by special arrangement, please request an RMA by email first, then ship to:

You are responsible for return shipping and should use a trackable service. Items must arrive new and unused with all original packaging and tags within 7 days of purchase.
